LNY by Serene: Return Policy for Damaged Products
We accept returns for damaged products purchased through our website. If you receive a damaged item, please email our customer service team at lnybyserene@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Upon confirmation from our customer service team, kindly ship the product back to us within 5 days of receiving the email confirmation. Please note that all shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For clarity, damage to the external packaging of the product does not qualify as a damaged product under our return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
